Meet Our Founder

Rayann Alfred-Francis RN, MHP, HACP, CLSSBB, Prosci CCC is the CEO and Founder of Reshape Executive Coaching Limited. Throughout her many years as a clinician and leader, she witnessed several remarkable changes, ranging from transcribing hand-written orders on paper charts (kardexes) to Electronic Health Records (EHR).  Transporters who worked on units to assist in discharging patients were displaced by a  now centralized transportation department and  TUG robots, from mini pagers to iphones and the list goes on.

She has seen resistance to  change in its fullest form, the early adopters, late adopters and laggards. Her success as a Change Agent coupled with the knowledge she acquired as a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt inspired her to become a Certified Change Management Specialist. 

She is thrilled to offer her support in the area of change management to an industry which is continuously evolving.
