Assessment

Our change readiness assessment is used as a guide to evaluate if your organization is ready to adopt a proposed change. It helps to proactively determine the likelihood of potential challenges before implementing a change. To be effective we analyze the organization at all levels and assess the type, size and  impact of the change. The results are used to design a formal project plan.

During the assessment phase each organization receives a suite of customizable tools and training information to aid in easy adoption and proficiency of the change.

Planning

Our consultants are actively involved in the planning process, they help your team create a logical step-by-step approach to achieve the desired objectives. Your team will identify what are the goals, who are the Change Agents, probable resistance, the proposed time frame, and  ….. 

We develop a set of activities that leaders must engage in to manage the change process effectively. We support your team by providing  a road map of  required plans, along with methodologies to execute change.

Implementation

 During this phase we help your employees feel prepared, equipped and supported. Our consultants ensure the established plans and set activities are executed in a cohesive and collaborative manner.
